Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Boneless pork roast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
  • 1 jar barbecue sauce, (18 or possibly 19 ounce.)
  • 4 x Soft hamburger rolls Coleslaw, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325 F. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat a Dutch oven 1 minute over medium-high heat. Brown pork on all sides, about 4 min per side.
  2. Add in barbecue sauce to Dutch oven; cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs till pork is fork-tender.
  3. Transfer pork to cutting board. Slice into thin pcs. Return to Dutch oven and cook 5 min over medium heat. Place rolls on serving plates.
  4. Divide pork mix and spoon into each roll..
  5. Prep time: 20 min
  6. Baking Time: 1 1/2 hrs
  7. Serving Ideas : Serve with coleslaw if you like
