Barbecued Rice

Ingredientes

  • 300 grams Pork Lomo (Tenderloin) (sliced into thin strips)
  • 2 tbsp Margarine
  • 1/2 cup Green Peas (cooked or frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp Iodized Fine Salt (1/2 tbsp iodized rock salt)
  • 6 cups Cooked Rice
  • 3/4 cup Del Monte Quick 'n Easy BBQ Marinade

Direcciones

  1. Marinate pork slices in DEL MONTE BBQ Marinade for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and reserve marinade.
  3. Sauté pork in margarine over high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Add peas, marinade and ½ teaspoon iodized fine salt (or 1/2 tablespoon iodized rock salt).
  5. Allow to Simmer.
  6. Add rice. Cook for 2 minutes with continuous stirring.
