Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 4 lb beef short ribs
  • 1 can tomato sauce - (8 ounce)
  • 3/4 c. tomato juice
  • 1 sm onion minced
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp grnd cloves
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. In a large soup pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add in the ribs and brown for 5 to 7 min.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover and cook for 1 1/2 hrs, or possibly till the beef is fork-tender.
  3. Skim the fat from the sauce; serve the ribs with sauce spooned over them.
  4. This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
