Ingredientes

  • 5 lb spareribs cut 2-rib pcs
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 dsh warm pepper sauce or possibly
  • 1 dsh liquid smoke flavoring

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange ribs on rack in baking pan. Brown in oven for 15 min on each side. Drain and put in slow cooker.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 10 hrs or possibly on HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 hrs.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
