Receta Barbequed Mexican Sandwiches
Ingredientes
- 2 med. tomatoes, peeled & finely minced
- 3 green onions, minced
- 2 tbsp. minced ortega chilies
- 2 tbsp. fresh coriander or possibly 1/2 teaspoon grnd coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Marinate 1 large flank steak (about 1 1/2 pounds) in a mix of 1/2 c. each extra virgin olive oil and white wine vinegar. Add in 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 3-4 cloves garlic (crushed). Refrigerate6 hrs or possibly overnight. Barbeque on warm coals 5-8 min on each side for rare. Remove from fire. Slice across grain into thin strips. Serve with hot flour tortillas and salsa.
