Receta Barley Bake Dish

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 or possibly 3 stalks celery, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 c. barley, cooked for 15 min
- 1 can peas, liquid removed
- 1 can mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef, green pepper, onion, garlic and celery. Mix with the liquid removed barley. Add in remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake in 375 degree oven for 2 hrs.
