Ingredientes

  • 6 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 c. Barley
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry parsley
  • 2 tsp Dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Fresh grnd pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Wasabi pwdr
  • 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 c. Shredded cabbage

Direcciones

  1. Place the water, barley, onion and seasonings in a large pot. Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 min. Add in the mushrooms and cabbage and cook for another 30 min.
