Receta Barley Mushroom Soup

Ingredientes
- 6 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Barley
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Dry parsley
- 2 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Fresh grnd pepper
- 1/8 tsp Wasabi pwdr
- 1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 c. Shredded cabbage
Direcciones
- Place the water, barley, onion and seasonings in a large pot. Cover and cook over medium heat for 30 min. Add in the mushrooms and cabbage and cook for another 30 min.
