Barvarian Chocolate Cream For Fruit Bars

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Cocoa
  • 1/3 c. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 x Egg yolk
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in pan, add in lowfat milk. Cook medium heat, stirring constantly till boils. Boil and stir one minute. Remove from heat and gradually stir half of mix into egg yolks. Return to pan. Stir and heat to boiling point.
  2. Remove from heat, blend in oleo and vanilla. Pour into bowl, cover with saran wrap. Cold. About 4 c..
