- 10 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. + 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 tbsp. + 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. shortening

- Mix dry ingredients well. Cut in shortening till mix resembles fine crumbs. Cover, label and store in air tight container no longer than 3 months. Use mix for biscuits, pancakes and muffins.
