Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Beer
  • 1/2 c. Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Canola or possibly corn oil
  • 1/2 med Onion, minced
  • 4 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Gibson's Roasting Salt

Direcciones

  1. Mop the ribs about every hour for up to 5 hrs till ribs are done.
  2. If desired, add in a glaze or possibly barbecue sauce in the last hour of cooking. Personally, I prefer my ribs "barefoot" - without sauce or possibly glaze.
