Receta Basic Beer Mop

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce Beer
- 1/2 c. Cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Canola or possibly corn oil
- 1/2 med Onion, minced
- 4 x Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Gibson's Roasting Salt
Direcciones
- Mop the ribs about every hour for up to 5 hrs till ribs are done.
- If desired, add in a glaze or possibly barbecue sauce in the last hour of cooking. Personally, I prefer my ribs "barefoot" - without sauce or possibly glaze.
