Receta Basic Bread Dough (Pizza Crust)

Ingredientes
- 3-4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Packages yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. hot water and 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1-2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. hot water
Direcciones
- Blend all ingredients in order given. Knead for 1-2 min or possibly till well blended. Let rise in hot place for 1 hour. Knead again and form into pizza. Cover with sauce, cheese and 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil. Add in pizza ingredients of your choice. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 min.
