Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 dsh salt
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or possibly oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix liquids first including melted butter or possibly oil. Add in Large eggs. Add in flour last.
  2. If whisking or possibly blending by hand then mix for 3 min till smooth. If making in blender or possibly food processor mix for 1 minute on high speed.
  3. Stop and scrape down sides. Blend smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute
  4. Use batter immediately if made in processor or possibly blender, let rest for 1 hour if hand mixed. Use within 24 hrs.
  5. This recipe yields 12 crepes.
