Receta Basic Crepe 3 Egg

Ingredientes
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 dsh salt
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter or possibly oil
Direcciones
- Mix liquids first including melted butter or possibly oil. Add in Large eggs. Add in flour last.
- If whisking or possibly blending by hand then mix for 3 min till smooth. If making in blender or possibly food processor mix for 1 minute on high speed.
- Stop and scrape down sides. Blend smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Use batter immediately if made in processor or possibly blender, let rest for 1 hour if hand mixed. Use within 24 hrs.
- This recipe yields 12 crepes.
