Ingredientes

  • 2 c. unbleached or possibly all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c. Canola or possibly vegetable oil. I use corn oil
  • 2/3 c. hot water

Direcciones

  1. Divide dough into 12 to 15 equal pcs, roll into balls, cover with plastic
  2. wrap, and let rest at least 30 min before baking. Place on a flat frying pan (iron is best) and heat till cooked.
