Ingredientes

3 tbsp. pan drippings or possibly fat (butter, oil or possibly butter) 3 tbsp. flour

2 c. liquid (chicken or possibly beef broth, lowfat milk or possibly water) Salt and pepper

Direcciones

1. Remove meat or possibly poultry from pan and pour off all but 3 Tbsp. drippings. Blend in flour; stir to loosen brown particles. Cook to desired color. Add in liquid. Cook, stirring, till thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 2 c..
