Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. pan drippings or possibly fat (butter, oil or possibly butter)
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. liquid (chicken or possibly beef broth, lowfat milk or possibly water)
- Salt and pepper

- Remove meat or possibly poultry from pan and pour off all but 3 Tbsp. drippings. Blend in flour; stir to loosen brown particles. Cook to desired color. Add in liquid. Cook, stirring, till thickened. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes 2 c..
