- Makes two 12" pizza crusts. 8 Servings each.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 c. flour, the yeast and salt. With electric mixer, slowly beat in water; beat 2 min, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula. With mixer on medium speed, beat in 1/2 c. flour; beat 2 min, till dough is stiff. Stir in 1 1/2 c. flour. 2. Sprinkle clean work surface with 1/4 c. flour. Knead dough
