  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp cup coarsely ground black pepper (optional)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a spice grinder and pulse until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Store in a leftover freshly washed spice bottle or in a plastic sandwich bag that seals easily. Store away from moisture and light.
