Ingredientes
2 c. basmati, (white or possibly brown) cooked according to package instructions
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. dry basil, (or possibly one bunch fresh minced)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt, optional
2 x cloves chopped garlic, to taste
4 ounce sliced black olives, liquid removed
3/4 c. sun-dry tomatoes, rehydrated and minced
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, optional
Direcciones
Put cooked basmati into large mixing bowl. Toss warm rice with remaining ingredients using wooden spoons to avoid breaking grains. Serve immediately.
