Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. (80 g) egg whites
  • 1/3 c. (40 g) icing sugar
  • 4/5 c. (100 g) powdered sugar
  • 11/3 c. (100 g) grnd hazelnuts
  • ¾ ounce (20 g) lowfat milk chocolate
  • 6 ladyfingers
  • 4/5 c. (200 g) liquid whipping cream
  • 3½ ounce (100 g) dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • Cocoa pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Crush the ladyfingers
  2. Cut the lowfat milk chocolate into fine shavings. Mix them together
  3. Mix the grnd hazelnuts with the icing sugar
  4. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C)
  5. Cover the oven tray with a sheet of parchment paper
  6. Whip the egg whites into very stiff peaks, add in the powdered sugar and whisk again
  7. Pour in the grnd hazelnut and icing sugar mix and stir carefully
  8. Spoon small heaps of the mix onto the parchment paper, leaving space between them, and flatten them a little
  9. Bake in the oven for 10 min
  10. Remove the meringues from the oven and let them cold down
  11. While they are cooling, heat the chocolate with 1/3 c. (80 g) cream Mix well
  12. Whisk the rest of the very cool cream till stiff and carefully add in it to the cream/chocolate mix
  13. Scatter the crushed ladyfingers/lowfat milk chocolate shavings onto the cooled meringues
  14. Spoon the chocolate mousse onto the meringues to create a dome shape.
  15. Sprinkle with cocoa pwdr and keep cold till time to serve.
