Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. bay scallops (or possibly sea scallops, cut up)
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chives, minced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr (or possibly 2 cloves fresh, pressed)
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. dry white cooking wine
  • lemon wedges

Direcciones

  1. Place scallops in broiler dish.Heat butter; put together seasonings. Toss bread crumbs in butter and seasonings. Sprinkle bread crumbs and butter over scallops. Add in white wine.
  2. Broil for 15-20 min. Serve with lemon wedges.
  3. Serves 6.
