Receta Bay Scallops

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. bay scallops (or possibly sea scallops, cut up)
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh chives, minced
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr (or possibly 2 cloves fresh, pressed)
- 1/2 tsp coarsely cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. dry white cooking wine
- lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Place scallops in broiler dish.Heat butter; put together seasonings. Toss bread crumbs in butter and seasonings. Sprinkle bread crumbs and butter over scallops. Add in white wine.
- Broil for 15-20 min. Serve with lemon wedges.
- Serves 6.
