Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning
  • 8 ounce vermicelli -- cooked
  • 2 ounce pimientos -- diced, liquid removed
  • 2 1/4 ounce canned ripe olives -- sliced and liquid removed
  • 3 x green onions -- sliced
  • 1 c. minced cooked chicken breast

Direcciones

  1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add in pasta and 4 ingredients, tossing to coat. Garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley and grape tomatoes.
  2. 4 servings.
