Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning
- 8 ounce vermicelli -- cooked
- 2 ounce pimientos -- diced, liquid removed
- 2 1/4 ounce canned ripe olives -- sliced and liquid removed
- 3 x green onions -- sliced
- 1 c. minced cooked chicken breast
Direcciones
- Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add in pasta and 4 ingredients, tossing to coat. Garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley and grape tomatoes.
