Receta BBQ Style Boneless Chicken Breast

Ingredientes
- 3 lbs. boneless chicken breast
- Rub:
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. molasses
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Direcciones
- Combine all of the above ingredients in a small bowl and stir to make a paste.
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
- Place the chicken breast in a baking pan and rub all over with the paste.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes depending on how thick the chicken breast is. Cut into the thickest part to see if the juices run clear. Do not overcook the chicken breast or it will become dry.
