Receta Bean & Bacon Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 6 slices bread
- 1 (15 ounce.) can pork & beans
- 12 sm. slices yellow cheese, approx. 1/2x2 1/2"
- Bacon, 1/2" slices
Direcciones
- Place bread on broiler pan. Broil till bread is lightly browned on top side. Remove from oven. Turn browned side down. Drain pork and beans of excess liquid. Spread beans proportionately on bread, covering as close to edge as possible.
- Top with small slices of cheese. Cover cheese with bacon slices. Try to lay the bacon strips flat so they will cook proportionately. Broil open faced sandwiches till cheese melts and begins to turn light brown.
