Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. stock
  • 1 tsp chili paste with garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 x garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 3 x scallions
  • 1 lb bean curd, cut into 1-inch cube

Direcciones

  1. Whisk together the sauce ingredients & set aside. In a wok, saute/fry garlic & ginger. Add in scallions, followed by the tofu. Cook for a few min. Pour sauce over the sauteed ingredients. Mix gently & simmer carefully. Let the sauce thicken, stirring gently every now & then. Serve over rice.
