  • 200 g of dry beans
  • 3 carrots,
  • 2 parsley,
  • 5 potatoes,
  • 2 bay leaves
  • cumin,
  • salt
  • marjoram,
  • 1 onion,
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • flour,
  • oil
  • parsley.

Direcciones

  1. Soak beans at night. The next day boil with bay leaf and cumin. For nearly cooked beans, add the cleaned and chopped carrots, parsley, potatoes. Add salt to a boil. The oil, flour and grated onion prepare roux, pour it with water, boil and add to soup. Soup seasoned with garlic, marjoram and chopped parsley. Moment cook and serve.
