Ingredientes
- 200 g of dry beans
- 3 carrots,
- 2 parsley,
- 5 potatoes,
- 2 bay leaves

- 1 onion,
- 3 cloves garlic

Direcciones
- Soak beans at night. The next day boil with bay leaf and cumin. For nearly cooked beans, add the cleaned and chopped carrots, parsley, potatoes. Add salt to a boil. The oil, flour and grated onion prepare roux, pour it with water, boil and add to soup. Soup seasoned with garlic, marjoram and chopped parsley. Moment cook and serve.
