  • 4 ounce. spareribs
  • 9 c. water
  • 2 slices ginger root
  • 6 ounce. bean sprouts
  • 1 sm. tomato
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon MSG

Direcciones

  1. Cut spareribs into bite-size pcs; blanch tomato in boiling water and remove skin; remove seeds and dice.
  2. Heat pan and 2 tbsp. oil. Stir-fry diced tomato for about 30 seconds and remove.
