Receta Bean Sprout And Sparerib Soup
Ingredientes
- 4 ounce. spareribs
- 9 c. water
- 2 slices ginger root
- 6 ounce. bean sprouts
- 1 sm. tomato
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon MSG
Direcciones
- 1. Cut spareribs into bite-size pcs; blanch tomato in boiling water and remove skin; remove seeds and dice.
- 2. Heat pan and 2 tbsp. oil. Stir-fry diced tomato for about 30 seconds and remove.
