Receta Bean Sprout & Cucumber Salad
Ingredientes
- 16 ounce. bean sprouts
- 1/2 cucumber

- Wash bean sprouts. Thinly shred cucumber. Pour boiling water over bean sprouts and drain well. Mix sauce ingredients. Place cucumber or possibly serving dish and spread bean sprouts on top. Pour sauce over top just before serving.
