Receta Beaner Dip

Ingredientes
- 3 med. avocados
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 lg. (16 ounce.) cans bean dip (or possibly spicy refried beans)
- 1 lg. bunch green onions
- 3 med. tomatoes
- 2 cans minced olives
Direcciones
- Spread bean dip on large serving plate or possibly pizza cooking sheet. Mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over bean dip. Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Put over avocado mix. Spread green onions, then tomatoes, then olives and top with Cheddar cheese. Chill.
