  • 2 tbsp. salsa
  • 2 tbsp. nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. chopped sweet red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. shredded lettuce
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh coriander

Direcciones

  1. Serve the beans and rice topped with the cheddar, salsa, yogurt, red peppers, onions, lettuce and coriander.
