Receta Beef And Lamb Burgers

Ingredientes
- Makes 6 burgers
- 1 lb grnd sirloin
- 1 lb grnd lean lamb
- 1 x Roma pear tomato, minced
- 1/2 c. green bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. yellow onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Italian flat leafed parsley, minced
- 1 tsp Kosher salt, or possibly to taste
- 1 tsp fresh grnd black pepper, or possibly to taste
- 6 x buns, toasted (Any kind of bun you like, be inventive!)
Direcciones
- Mix the beef, lamb, vegetables, salt and pepper together. Be careful not to knead the mix too much. Chill in a covered bowl overnight to marinate.
- Form the mix into six patties and grill on a warm barbecue till the patties are browned on the outside and pink in the center. With this recipe it is best not to use hickory or possibly mesquite as it will over-shadow the distinct flavor of the burgers. oPlace the burger on a toasted bun and top with your favorite dressing. A good tomato based salsa will go quite well
