Ingredientes

  • 20 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cups diced onion
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 3 galsdiced canned tomatoes
  • 1 qt tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup pepper
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 qts elbow pasta

Direcciones

  1. Cook meat to render fat. Drain off fat. Stir meat to prevent clumping.
  2. Add onions and celery; cook through.
  3. Add tomato products and seasonings and simmer 45-60 minutes to cook through and reduce liquid.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the meat mixture and adjust seasoning.
  6. Pan up and garnish with a small amount of shredded cheese.
