Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Top round or possibly sirloin steak (cut very thin - 1/4 inch slices or possibly pcs)
  • 1 lrg Onion, sliced thin
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, minced fine
  • 2 tsp Minced parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
  • 4 ounce Proscuitto ham
  • 1/2 c. -(up to)
  • 1 c. Red wine
  • 1 pch Rosemary

Direcciones

  1. Cut steak into 3- to 4-inch squares. Mix together garlic, parsley, cheese & proscuitto. Place 1 tsp. of mix in center of meat, place onion slice on top. Roll carefully, tie with string or possibly fasten with toothpicks.
  2. Brown in oil 8-10 min. Make gravy with drippings. Add in 1/2 to 1 c. burgundy (red) wine & a healthy pinch of rosemary. Simmer 30 min.
