Receta Beef-Black Bean & Avocado Nachos
Great family appetizer!
Ingredientes
- 6 ounces ground beef
- 1/2 onion diced
- 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- one ripe avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup black beans
- one Roma tomato diced
- 10 ounce bag Nachos
Direcciones
- In a saute pan add ground beef on low heat, add diced onion and cook until no longer pink, drain excess grease, add taco seasoning, add black beans and cook 6 minutes
- Dice Tomato and Avocado.
- On a oval or round platter add nachos, beef/bean mixture, diced tomatoes, diced avocado
- Dig in and enjoy!
