Beef entrecote 120 gr

Worcestershire sauce .5 cl

Black pepper

Watercress 20 gr

Julienne tomato 20 gr

Shaved parmesan 10 gr

Green pepper verdi 5 gr

Direcciones
- a. Sear the beef and cook for a few minutes`, keep blue, leave to cool down and slice.
- b. Arrange nicely on the plate and sprinkle with the Worcestershire sauce ,black pepper, salsa verdi.
- c. Garnish with the watercress, shaved parmesan and tomato julienne
