Receta Beef Carpaccio
Ingredientes
- Beef entrecote 120 gr
- Worcestershire sauce .5 cl
- Black pepper
- Watercress 20 gr
- Julienne tomato 20 gr
- Shaved parmesan 10 gr
- Green pepper verdi 5 gr
Direcciones
- a. Sear the beef and cook for a few minutes`, keep blue, leave to cool down and slice.
- b. Arrange nicely on the plate and sprinkle with the Worcestershire sauce ,black pepper, salsa verdi.
- c. Garnish with the watercress, shaved parmesan and tomato julienne
