Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef, browned
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 1 can corn (frzn or possibly fresh corn)
  • Tomatoes (canned or possibly fresh)
  • 1 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1 slice cream cheese
  • Bacon
  • V-8

Direcciones

  1. Layer in casserole 2 or possibly 3 times beginning with grnd beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle each layer with Parmesan cheese. Top with bacon. Pour V-8 over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Uncover and bake for another hour.
