Receta Beef, Corn, Rice Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef, browned
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 can corn (frzn or possibly fresh corn)
- Tomatoes (canned or possibly fresh)
- 1 c. minced green pepper
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 slice cream cheese
- Bacon
- V-8
Direcciones
- Layer in casserole 2 or possibly 3 times beginning with grnd beef. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle each layer with Parmesan cheese. Top with bacon. Pour V-8 over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Uncover and bake for another hour.
