Ingredientes

  • 450 gm Beef
  • 25 gm Tamarind
  • 75 ml Water
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 x Cm cinnamon stick
  • 2 x Cm lemon grass

Direcciones

  1. Wash and cut beef into 2 cm cubes. Mix tamarind with water and remove seeds. Place tamarind water in a pan, add in chilli pwdr, pepper pwdr, salt, turmeric, cinnamon stick and lemon grass and mix well. Add in beef cubes and simmer over a medium heat till the meat is tender and the gravy has thickened. Remove the cinnamon stick before serving.
