Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. A-1(r) Steak Sauce, original or possibly bold
  • 1/4 c. Red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. Vegetable oil, divided
  • 2 tsp Hickory seasoning
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Liquid warm pepper seasoning
  • 1 lb Boneless sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 lrg Green bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 lrg Onion, cut in wedges
  • 8 x Flour tortilla, heated Lowfat sour cream Shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. In nonmetal large bowl, combine steak sauce, vinegar, 2 Tbsp. oil, hickory seasoning, garlic and warm pepper seasoning; add in steak, stirring to coat. Cover; chill 1 to 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  2. Remove steak from marinade; reserve marinade. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, suate steak in remaining 2 Tbsp. oil 5 to 6 min or possibly till no longer pink. Using slotted spoon, remove steak to clean large bowl; keep hot.
  3. In same skillet, saute/fry pepper and onion 5 to 6 min or possibly till tender-crisp. Add in reserved marinade; heat to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 5 min. Stir in steak; heat through. Serve in hot tortillas topped withs our cream and cheese.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
