Beef Filets With Bearnaise Cream Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 6 beef filets, cut 1 inch thick
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 6 teaspoon dry sherry

Direcciones

  1. Trim fat from steaks, heat butter in skillet over high heat. Sear steaks on both sides till brown. Pour in sherry lower heat. Simmer 5 min for rare or possibly 10 min for medium. Remove to hot platter, spoon Bearnaise cream sauce over each steak. Serve at once.
