Ingredientes

  • 1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, 1" thick
  • 1/4 c. honey-Dijon salad or possibly Italian dressing
  • 1 lrg bell pepper cut 1 1/4" pcs (green, red, orange or possibly yellow)
  • 12 lrg mushroom caps
  • 1 pkt long-grain and wild rice blend - (6 ounce)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat grill or possibly broiler. Cut beef into 1 1/4-inch pcs.
  2. Place dressing in bowl; add in beef, pepper and mushrooms, tossing to coat. Alternately thread pcs of beef, pepper and mushrooms on each of four metal skewers.
  3. Prepare rice according to package directions; keep hot.
  4. Grill kebabs over medium-warm coals, or possibly broil 3 to 4 inches from heat, for 8 to 12 min for medium-rare to medium doneness. Season with salt and serve with rice.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
