Receta Beef Liver/Onions To Gravy

Ingredientes
- 4 slices of beef liver
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 teaspoon unseasoned meat tenderizer
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. water
Direcciones
- Place oil in 8 inch skillet. Fry liver on both sides for 5 to 7 min on medium heat. Remove liver from skillet and set aside. Then add in flour to skillet and stir continually till brown. Add in water and onions then bring to a boil. Add in liver and simmer for 20 min.
