- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. calamansi juice
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 4 white onions, sliced thinly, crosswise (onion rings)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- mono sodium glutamate or MSG
